The Bureau and NCDR conducted "2016 International Training Workshop for Natural Disaster Reduction - Natural Disaster Risk Modeling and Applications," and 36 trainees from 14 countries participated in. We shared experiences about disaster evaluation model in Taiwan, disaster insurance plan, and slopeland disaster prevention. Also, they visited Soil and Water Conservation Outdoor Classroom in Longtan District, Taoyuan City and Jhaomen Community in Xinpu Township, Hsinchu County. Every trainee approved and appreciated the perpormance of slopeland disaster prevention and rural regeneration.
