In order to promote the establishment of a sister park between the 921 Earthquake National Memorial Site, Nantou County and the MT. Kurikoma Area Geopark, Kurihara City in Japan, the Nantou Branch of the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau (SWCB) dispatched representatives to visit the Kurihara City Office and the MT. Kurikoma Area Geopark in Japan, advanced the discussion on future cooperation projects, and bilaterally shared the work results of disaster prevention, education, and tourism issues.
