The Bureau invited many specialists and scholars to realize much about the disaster situation at Ihownang, Yanping Township, and Tjukuvulj, Dawu Township, Taitung County, and conducted field investigation and evaluation according to disaster reasons and mechanism. After evaluation, the Bureau found that these 2 tribes had long-term safety concerns and suggest that Taitung County Government proceed migration for residents.
