Participated in the 2019 training session of the Advanced Civil Service Training Leap Program organized by Civil Service College Limited

Chin-Lun Wang (Deputy Director General) of the SWCB participated in the 2019 Leadership and Decision Development Training of Advanced Civil Service Training Leap Program, as organized by the Civil Service Education Protection and Training Commission. The courses were arranged by the Civil Service College Limited, and they visited Government Property Agency, Institute for Government, Government Digital Service, Design Council, Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board, and University of Oxford to directly experience the operating practices of the British central and local governments, understand the new governance trends of the British government, and learned from the UK’s recent experiences of a smart city and digital governance.
