SWCB was invited to participate in the International Education and Training Seminar on Landslide and Disaster Mitigation organized by the RDR ICoE-Taipei and Academic Sinica in Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. The representatives from SWCB shared Taiwan's experience in promoting prevention and control of debris flow disaster so as to strengthen bilateral studies and introduce disaster prevention experience.
