Council of Agriculture invited four technical advisors, including Dr. Hei Leung, Member of Executive Committee Delegation of IRRI to Taiwan for exchanges. They also visited SWCB to guide Songshan Community, Shihmen District, New Taipei City in promoting the achievements of water terraces and to understand the general situation of SWCB in promoting the development of rural regeneration communities and its characteristic industries.
