The Chinese Society of Soil and Water Conservation visited Taiwan for technical exchanges on soil and water conservation

Location:Huashan Debris Flow Disaster Educational Park, Wuhe Outdoor Classroom for Soil and Water Conservation, and Nanxiang Wild Stream Disaster Reconstruction Project,

A delegation of the Chinese Society of Soil and Water Conservation led by Kuo-Bin Liu, including 39 representatives, visited the Huashan Debris Flow Disaster Educational Park, Wuhe Outdoor Classroom for Soil and Water Conservation, the Nanxiang Wild Stream Disaster Reconstruction Project, and Phase 2 of the Underground Failure Treatment Project of Kaohsiung City, Shing Jong Elementary School from October 23 to 25. The two sides exchanged and discussed the SWCB debris flow disaster prevention mechanism and benchmark method, monitored network construction, the balance of soil and sand, water and soil conservation disaster reconstruction engineering technology and education advocacy, and many other strategies, and affirmed the administration achievements of the SWCB.
