SWCB participated in the 2018 Overseas Training Camp for Outstanding Trainees in Promotions of Recommended Civil Servants to Senior Officials. Visited the crisis and disaster response mechanism of the crisis center in Belgium to learn about the response mechanism in facing floods, nuclear accidents, chemical pollution, major strikes, food chain risks, terrorist threats, etc. and using modern science and technology, integrate government and civilian resources, and make full use of all kinds of professionals to develop disaster response system and operation mechanisms in line with the world in order to enhance the effectiveness of disaster early warning and response.
