The Water Resources Agency invited Japanese experts and related personnel to visit the large-scale failure reconstruction project of the Provincial Highway 9 A 10.2K (Wulai District, New Taipei City) on the afternoon of October 4. The Taipei Branch of the SWCB, as hosted by Chao-Chin Bai (Director), received and guided the Japanese experts, while the visiting experts affirmed and appreciated the disaster causes and reconstruction results.
