The International Cooperation Foundation held the education training class of the “Belize Urban Resilient Disaster Prevention Plan”. Six AIA government officials and experts from Belize visited the SWCB, and were warmly received by related colleagues led by Jung-Chi Lien (Chief Secretary). SWCB briefed and shared the Big GIS system and other topics, and arranged for the foreign guests to visit the Debris flow Disaster Emergency Operation Group. The two sides enthusiastically exchanged information, which helped to promote the development of bilateral disaster prevention and soil and water conservation efforts.
