The Bureau invited Dr. Fausto Guzzetti from IRIP, Italy to conduct a keynote speech "Towards Operational Forecasting of Rainfall Induced Landslides" for advancing knowledge about foreign early warning system on 10/19. After the speech, the Bureau held a workshop for shallow landslide early warning system. In addition, the Bureau conducted a field investigation in Chiu-fen-ear Mountain.
