From August 21 to 28, 2012, in response to the devastation caused by Typhoon Tembin, we and all divisions organized a debris flow disaster emergency action team. During this period, a total of 33 debris flow red alerts were issued across 6 townships and 19 villages in 2 counties and cities, including Laiyi Township of Pingtung County. There were 332 yellow alerts issued across 29 townships and 130 villages in 4 counties and cities, including Taoyuan District of Kaohsiung City.
