Liang-zheng Lu, Professor of NTU and Deputy Secretary General of the Institute of Engineering Education Taiwan, invited Hsiao-yuan Yin, Director of the Disaster Prevention Center of the Bureau to make two keynote speeches at the Myanmar Engineering Society to share Taiwan's outstanding experience in prevention and control of the earth flow and landslide disaster. In addition to upgrading Taiwan’s international visibility in the landslide disaster prevention technology, it also lays a good foundation for further cooperation between Taiwan and Myanmar in the future.
